Oversees implementation of all policies and ensures that appropriate administrative systems are established and maintained.

Responsible for making and preserving a record of all proceedings of the alumni chapter meetings.

Work with officers and other chairs to ensure publicity requests, meetings and important dates are submitted and conveyed to members and Alumni Association and that you are up-to-date about plans, goals, etc.

Chair of the election committee; and perform such other duties as prescribed by the president and/or alumni chapter.

Gathers and makes a permanent record of members and activities in the form of a scrapbook or chapter history.

Liaison for a group of alumni who provide guidance and counsel to the Academy's leadership on issues of importance to the school's alumni.

Responsible for consulting with the Office for Alumni Relations and TU Foundation regarding any and all matters relating to the funds and finances of the alumni chapter.

Plans/Implements programs for current students & recent graduates with the goal of creating early class identification, deepening alumni interest in and support of the college & provides personal/professional resources to young alumni.
